This free online training provides an introduction to the Rules of the Game and their correct interpretation.

On successful completion, candidates will have the necessary knowledge to become an entry level referee.


With an upgrade recommendation from Observations, undertaken by CMO appointed Observers, candidates will be proficient to referee at all youth grades.


With two upgrade recommendations from Observations, undertaken by CMO appointed Observers, candidates will be proficient to referee at all youth grades.

The Level 1 Timekeeper accreditation will allow you to time keep any level game and will be mandatory from season 24/25. Level 2 will follow towards the end of 24/25, and Level 3 in 25/26.
